Free & easy returns

We want you to love your Bay Lane shoes. If they’re not quite right, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging, with no signs of damage or wear.

Proof of purchase is required to return items.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your items meet all of the above conditions, you are eligible to return a purchase online.
